Graduated in Business Administration for Foreign Trade, I had success in leading big accounts as a Support Sales in Brazil, developing customer relationships and giving all the support to the Sales Team from USA and
Canada. After three years working with Customer Service, I joined the Logistics team, where I could work with Compliance, improving the process of SOX and leading the Claim and Insurance process.
In 2016 I moved to Boston, and had the opportunity to cover Brazi in ServiceNow, prospecting new customers and generating new opportunities and pipeline.
